Membership Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to create an account on 11111 bed and to take part in any gaming or betting activity. If anyone under 21 attempts to register, their account will be cancelled and any deposited funds will be returned. 11111 bed may request the necessary documents to verify age at any time.

2.2 Registration Process

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts may be permanently closed. Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.3 The member is fully responsible for the security of their account. Keep your password confidential and do not allow any third party to use your account.

2.4 If any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to the account is detected, the 11111 bed support team must be notified immediately.

2.5 To change the mobile number or email address provided at registration, the identity verification process must be completed.

3.1 Deposit Terms

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. If the wagering requirement of any active bonus has not been met, a withdrawal request may be put on hold.

              Account verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal. Please be ready to submit the required documents to confirm your identity. If verification is not completed, the withdrawal request may be delayed.
            

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

If 11111 bed considers any transaction to be suspicious or unusual, it reserves the right to hold that transaction for investigation. The user's cooperation may be required during the investigation.

Section 4

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

11111 bed offers various types of bonuses and promotional benefits. Each bonus has its own terms that must be followed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

4.2 Other Bonus Terms

A bonus may be claimed only once, unless the terms of that specific bonus state otherwise.
While a bonus is active, the deposited amount cannot be withdrawn — the wagering requirement must be met first.
There must be no restrictions on the account when claiming a bonus.
11111 bed reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
If bonus misuse or deliberate fraud is found, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.3 Weekly and Special Bonuses

Special offers such as the weekly reload bonus, slots festival, birthday gift, friend referral, and weekend cricket deposit bonus are each governed by their own terms. The wagering requirements and claim rules differ for each offer.

Section 5

VIP Programme and Cashback

The 11111 bed VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier, calculated as a set percentage of that week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings).

              Example: A Gold member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback. Advancement to a higher tier is determined based on the member's activity on the platform.
            

5.1 Cashback is credited to the account once a week at a set time.

5.2 Decisions regarding VIP tier changes are at the discretion of 11111 bed.

5.3 If an account is inactive or suspended, cashback payments may be put on hold.

Section 6

Fair Use and Prohibited Activities

The 11111 bed platform is intended for personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

Bonus misuse or systematically collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
Attempting to hack, manipulate, or exploit the platform's software.
Using third-party automated software or bots for betting or gaming.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
Operating an account using a false identity or someone else's information.
Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other members.

6.1 Technical Errors

If a technical error in the system results in an abnormal payout or credit, 11111 bed reserves the right to cancel or recover that amount. Taking advantage of a technical error will be treated as a violation.

6.2 Right to Close Accounts

If any of the above violations are detected, 11111 bed may suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice, and may reject any pending withdrawal.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

A game being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.

Loss resulting from a user sharing their account details with others.

11.1 Limitation of Liability
